The invention discloses a drag head and a suction dredger, and relates to the technical field of suction dredgers. The filtering mechanism comprises two grids which are connected to the rake head shell in a sliding mode, the two grids are rotationally connected, each grid is provided with a plurality of filtering gaps, each grid is provided with a filtering station and a cleaning stroke, and the two grids are alternately located at the filtering stations; and a cleaning mechanism. By arranging the filtering mechanism, the two grids can be alternately located at the filtering station for filtering, and in the switching process of the two grids, through cooperation of the cleaning mechanism, the cleaning claw can be driven to rotate around the axis of the rotating rod in a reciprocating mode, so that the cleaning claw completes digging action for multiple times, and the effect of digging out each stone is achieved; and the situation that stones cannot be dug out and only slide in the filtering gaps, so that a certain gap is formed between the stones originally, the stones abut against one another along with cleaning, and the stones are more difficult to clean out from the filtering gaps is avoided.
