The self-cleaning integrated pump station with the anti-blocking function comprises a cleaning mechanism and a moving mechanism, the cleaning mechanism is located on the lower portion of the integrated pump station, sludge filter frames are symmetrically arranged on a rotating seat of the cleaning mechanism, and a first push rod and a second push rod are connected to the portions, above the sludge filter frames, of a rotating rod of the rotating seat; a limiting rod of the moving mechanism is connected with the side wall of the integrated pump station, the limiting rod is sleeved with a mounting block, a U-shaped mounting groove of the mounting block is connected with a mounting part of the sludge filter frame, a mounting ring in the center of the mounting block is connected with one end of a mounting rope, and the other end of the mounting rope is connected with a movable rod; the other end of the mounting rope is connected with the reel at the top end of the integrated pump station. According to the self-cleaning integrated pump station with the anti-blocking function, the cleaning mechanism can collect sludge deposited in the integrated pump station when the integrated pump station is in a shutdown state or a non-shutdown state.
本发明公开了具有防堵塞功能的自清理一体化泵站，包括清理机构和移动机构，清理机构位于一体化泵站下部，清理机构的转动座上对称设有污泥滤框，转动座的转动杆在污泥滤框上方连接有第一推杆和第二推杆，移动杆在第一推杆和第二推杆上方铰接的固定座与潜水泵连接，移动机构的限位杆与一体化泵站侧壁连接，限位杆上套设有安装块，安装块的U型安装槽与污泥滤框的安装部连接，安装块中央的安装环与安装绳一端连接，安装绳另一端在一体化泵站顶端与卷筒连接。本发明采用上述结构的具有防堵塞功能的自清理一体化泵站，一体化泵站在停机和非停机状态下，清理机构皆可对一体化泵站内沉积的污泥进行收集。
