The invention provides a self-exhausting and anti-blocking integrated pump station which is characterized in that a pump station barrel is located under the ground, a water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the pump station barrel, and an outlet of a submersible pump set communicates with the water outlet through a water outlet pipeline; the system further comprises an energy recovery device and a two-way air inlet and outlet device, a water return branch pipe is arranged on the water outlet pipeline, and the water return branch pipe communicates with the energy recovery device and is used for converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy in the rotating direction. The energy recovery device is connected with a fan in the two-way air inlet and outlet device; the two-way air inlet and outlet device is communicated with an air inlet of the pump station barrel and provided with an exhaust port, the bottom of the two-way air inlet and outlet device is connected with an aeration pipe, and one end of the aeration pipe extends to the bottom of the pump station barrel; the energy recovery device is controlled to obtain different rotation directions of mechanical energy, so that the fan rotates forwards or reversely, and the exhaust port is communicated with the air inlet or the air inlet is communicated with the aeration pipe.
