The invention belongs to the technical field of fabricated buildings, and particularly relates to a fabricated wallboard and a manufacturing process thereof, the process comprises the following steps: a plurality of demoulded foamed cement wallboards are extracted and placed in an inspection device, and steam curing treatment is performed on the plurality of demoulded foamed cement wallboards to obtain the fabricated foamed cement wallboards; the surfaces of the multiple foaming cement wallboards are extruded, the uncrushed wallboards are qualified products, and fragments of the crushed wallboards are collected; the qualified product is immersed in water, the product which can automatically float after being released is the qualified product, and the product which sinks to the bottom is the unqualified product; by means of the process, the produced foaming cement wallboard can be sampled and inspected, and the overall quality of the foaming cement wallboard is further improved.
