Method for preparing high-strength unfired ceramsite by utilizing phosphogypsum and coal gangue
The invention discloses a method for preparing high-strength non-sintered ceramsite by utilizing ardealite and coal gangue. The preparation method comprises the following steps: drying, grinding and sieving ardealite cementing material powder and coal gangue, uniformly mixing, and adding distilled water while stirring until viscous mud pies are formed, so as to obtain a mixture containing ball cores; transferring the mixture into balling equipment, adjusting and preparing water quantity for balling, and screening after balling to obtain wet raw material balls; and sequentially aging, drying and dehydrating the wet raw material balls to obtain dry raw material balls, uniformly paving the dry raw material balls, and naturally curing to obtain a formed ceramsite product. The ardealite-based all-solid waste cementing material and the coal gangue are added to synergistically create an alkaline hydration environment, the mineral powder, the silicon-rich material and the coal gangue can be promoted to be subjected to a pozzolanic reaction, gel substances such as hydrated calcium silicate and the like are generated, then a denser structure is formed, increase of the strength of the ceramsite is promoted, and the baking-free ceramic with good performance can be obtained.
本发明公开了一种利用磷石膏和煤矸石制备高强度免烧陶粒的方法。本发明的制备方法包括:将磷石膏胶凝材料粉和煤矸石经烘干、粉磨、过筛后混合均匀,边搅拌边加入蒸馏水,直至形成粘性泥团,得到含有球核的混合料;将混合料转入成球设备中,调整、配制水量进行成球,成球后进行筛分,获得湿生料球;将湿生料球依次进行陈化和干燥脱水,得到干生料球,将干生料球均匀铺放,自然养护,即得到成型的陶粒产品。本发明通过添加磷石膏基全固废胶凝材料、煤矸石协同营造了一个碱性水化环境,可促进矿粉、富硅材料和煤矸石发生火山灰反应,生成水化硅酸钙等凝胶物质,进而形成更为密实的结构,促进陶粒强度的增长,可获得性能良好的免烧陶瓷。
