Reinforcing method for hinge joint of hollow slab of bridge
The invention provides a bridge hollow slab hinge joint reinforcing method which comprises the steps that a vertical steel plate is inserted into a hinge joint, meanwhile, a first U-shaped steel plate is hoisted to the top of a hollow slab top plate, a second U-shaped steel plate is hoisted to the bottom of a hollow slab bottom plate, and the top of the vertical steel plate is connected to the first U-shaped steel plate through a bolt; the bottom of the vertical steel plate is connected to the second U-shaped steel plate through a bolt; the second U-shaped steel plate is fixed to the bottom of the hollow slab bottom plate through a plurality of bolts arranged at intervals; a joint filling material is injected between the hinge joint and the vertical steel plate through a grouting hole reserved in the first U-shaped steel plate; a first layer of concrete is poured on the upper surface of the hollow slab top plate through a formwork, and a second layer of concrete is poured on the lower surface of the hollow slab bottom plate through a formwork; and bridge deck pavement is recovered, and overall reinforcement of the hollow slab bridge is completed. The method can improve the overall rigidity of the bridge and has good overall stability.
