In order to avoid the problem that the shear-bearing capability of a hinge joint is decreased due to the debinding and cracking, on an interface between new concrete and old concrete, of the concrete of the hinge joint of a hollow slab bridge, the invention provides a hollow slab bridge with the hinge joint having opposite grooves and a building method of the hollow slab bridge. Precast hollow slabs at the two sides of the hinge joint of the hollow slab bridge are provided with the opposite grooves of which the openings face towards the hinge joint side and are arranged at the same height, and after the hollow slabs are assembled and concrete or mortar is poured into the hinge joint, the concrete of the hinge joint is embedded into the opposite grooves at the two sides. A vertical steel bar penetrates into a preformed hole vertically penetrating through each groove, so that the connection between the concrete of the hinge joint and the adjacent hollow slabs can be enhanced. During prefabrication, a buckling bar or a horizontal bar with a hook stretches out of the bottom groove, and the bar can hook the vertical steel bars in the grooves of the adjacent hollow slabs, so as to strengthen the crack resistance of the bottom of the hinge joint, improve the capability of resisting bending moment in the transverse direction of a bridge, and avoid the cracking of the bottom of the hinge joint. A template of the hollow slabs is easy to make, a common template can be used, the construction is simple, and the capability of transferring shear force and bearing transverse bending moment is greatly improved.
