A wide-bottom immersed tube tunnel is composed of an open-cut foundation trench, a wide-bottom immersed tube, a ventilation and smoke exhaust device and an immersed tube manufacturing dock, the foundation trench and gentle slopes on the two sides are excavated in the shallow layer of a riverbed, and a gravel layer is arranged on the foundation trench to be compacted and flattened. After the wide-bottom immersed tube is manufactured in the immersed tube manufacturing dock and the two ends of the wide-bottom immersed tube are closed, water is injected into the dock in multiple directions, the immersed tube stably floats upwards, the floating transportation and installation integrated ship is adopted to drive to an installation site or a temporary berth, a tunnel can be formed through centralized installation and construction, and soil is backfilled outside the river-crossing tunnel till an original riverbed is flush. The reinforced concrete immersed tube is more suitable for being buried under a riverbed and is long in service life, simple in structure and low in cost; the pressure intensity of the wide-bottom immersed tube on a riverbed is reduced, and a load-bearing tunnel can be built; no obstacle exists in the river channel, flood discharge and navigation are facilitated, the length is short, and investment is saved. An immersed tube is manufactured on land, the front portion of the immersed tube can bear upward buoyancy of tens of thousands of tons when the immersed tube is carried into water, and a high-cost structure needs to be adopted to increase the strength and prevent the immersed tube from being damaged; the immersed tube is manufactured in the dock and is transported in water in a floating mode in the whole process, the stress state of the immersed tube is stable, safety is achieved, and cost is saved.
一种宽底沉管隧道,由明挖基槽、宽底沉管、通风排烟装置和沉管制作船坞组成,基槽和两侧的缓坡在河床浅层开挖,基槽上设碎石层压实铺平。宽底沉管在沉管制作船坞内制造,两端封闭后,多方向往船坞注水,沉管平稳上浮,采用浮运安装一体船驶往安装工地或暂泊地,可集中安装施工联接成隧道,过江隧道外面回填泥土至原河床齐平。钢筋混凝土沉管更适宜埋在河床下,寿命长,结构简单,成本低;宽底沉管对河床的压强减少,可建造载重型隧道;河道内无障碍物,有利泄洪通航,长度短,省投资。沉管在陆地制造,搬运入水时沉管前部会受到上万吨的向上浮力,需采用高成本的结构来增加强度,防止沉管受损;沉管改在船坞内制造,全程在水中浮运,沉管受力状态稳定,既安全又省成本。
