The invention discloses an ultra-high-performance concrete prefabricated column and a using method thereof.The ultra-high-performance concrete prefabricated column comprises column section units which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, each column section unit comprises a thin-wall body and common concrete, the thin-wall bodies are prefabricated through ultra-high-performance concrete and provided with cavities, the common concrete is arranged in the cavities, and the cavities of the adjacent thin-wall bodies communicate with one another; according to the ultra-high-performance concrete prefabricated column, the ultra-high-performance concrete prefabricated column is arranged into the multiple column section units in the segmented mode, the cavities used for pouring the common concrete are formed in the column section units, on the basis that the strength of the column section units is guaranteed, the common concrete is poured into the column section units, and the purpose of saving cost is achieved; the ultra-high performance concrete prefabricated column is arranged in a segmented mode, so that construction is more convenient and faster, vibration of common concrete in the cavity is facilitated, and the risk that due to the fact that the segments of the column section units are too long, vibration is inconvenient or the thin walls of the column section units are shattering is avoided.
本发明公开了一种超高性能混凝土预制柱及其使用方法,包括从上到下依次连接的柱段单元,所述柱段单元包括超高性能混凝土预制的具有空腔的薄壁本体以及设置在所述空腔内的普通混凝土,相邻所述薄壁本体的空腔相互连通;本发明中通过将超高性能混凝土预制柱分段设置成多个柱段单元,并在柱段单元内开设用于浇注普通混凝土的空腔,在保证柱段单元本身强度的基础上,内部浇注普通混凝土,达到节约成本的目的,此外,超高性能混凝土预制柱分段设置的方式使得施工更加的便捷,便于空腔内普通混凝土的振捣,避免柱段单元节段过长导致的振捣不便或者将柱段单元的薄壁震裂的风险。
