The invention provides a photovoltaic daylighting roof capable of three-dimensionally adjusting and draining condensate water. A fixed base is fixedly connected with a cross beam and a stand column through screws; the fixed base is hinged to the lower supporting block, so that the lower supporting block has rotational freedom, and the upper supporting block and the lower supporting block are provided with meshing insections and are connected through screws, so that the upper supporting block has translational freedom in the vertical direction relative to the lower supporting block; the side, away from the lower supporting block, of the upper supporting block is fixedly connected with the adapter, and dew receiving grooves are formed in the two sides, in the horizontal direction, of the adapter. The auxiliary frame system comprises a first auxiliary frame sectional material and a second auxiliary frame sectional material which are rotationally connected with each other; the first auxiliary frame profile abuts against the auxiliary frame pressing block, and the auxiliary frame pressing block is fixedly connected with the adapter through a machine-made screw. The second auxiliary frame profiles are bonded and fixed to the photovoltaic power generation glass through structural adhesive, the first auxiliary frame profiles are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the auxiliary frame pressing block, and each first auxiliary frame profile is correspondingly and rotationally connected with one second auxiliary frame profile.
