The invention relates to a detachable and turnover formwork support vertical rod supporting base and a mounting and dismounting method thereof. The mounting and dismounting method comprises the following steps: (1) determining the thickness of a floor slab: determining the thickness of the floor slab to be constructed by looking up a drawing, and formulating a supporting base with a corresponding height; after the formworks are laid, the formwork supporting frame vertical rod supporting bases are placed on the vertical rod point positions; (2) processing a supporting base; (3) mounting a supporting tightening the base and a supporting head through a straight threaded sleeve, and inserting a formwork support vertical rod into threaded steel to finish mounting; (4) in the concrete pouring process, the finished surface is lower than the top elevation of the straight thread sleeve; (5) taking out the supporting head from the upper part by twisting deformed steel bars after the upper concrete reaches the form removal condition and the vertical rod is removed; (6) after the supporting head is taken out, the exposed round steel supporting rod is hammered downwards from the upper portion of the plate face through a hammer, and the base falls to the lower-layer plate face; and (7) cleaning the surface of the support base, and re-painting the antirust paint for reuse.
本发明涉及可拆卸可周转支模架立杆支撑底座及其安装与拆卸方法。安装与拆卸方法,包括:⑴确定楼板厚度:查阅图纸确定准备施工的楼板厚度,据此制定相应高度的支撑底座;模板铺设完成后,将支模架立杆支撑底座放置在立杆点位上;⑵加工支撑底座;⑶安装支撑底座:将底座与支撑头通过直螺纹套筒拧紧,支模架立杆插入螺纹钢即安装完成;⑷在混凝土浇筑过程中,其完成面低于直螺纹套筒顶标高;⑸待上部混凝土达到拆模条件,立杆拆除完成后,通过拧螺纹钢,将支撑头从上部取出;⑹支撑头取出后,用锤子从板面上部向下锤击露出的圆钢支撑杆,底座即掉落至下层板面;⑺将支撑底座表面清理干净,重新涂刷防锈漆后即可再次使用。
