Integral turnover formwork for vertical shaft
The invention discloses an integral turnover formwork for a vertical shaft and aims at providing a turnover formwork low in construction cost. The integral turnover formwork for the vertical shaft comprises an internal corner formwork, connecting plates and a driving module forming a rectangular space. The side facing the center of the rectangular space is regarded as an inner side, and conversely, the side is regarded as an outer side. The trapezoidal bottom sides of the connecting plates face the inner side, the end face, adjacent to the connecting plates, of the internal corner formwork is parallel to and is mutually in contact with the end faces of the sides of the connecting plates, multiple horizontal kidney-shaped holes are formed in the vertical direction in an arranged mode, and bolts extending into the kidney-shaped holes and capable of moving along the kidney-shaped holes are correspondingly arranged at the corresponding positions on the connecting plate. The drive module comprises a screw thread type jack located at the central position of the rectangular space and two supporting rod groups respectively hinged to the upper end and the lower end of the rectangular space to form a cross shape, wherein each supporting group includes four supporting rods, one end of each supporting rod is hinged to the screw thread type jack, and the other end of each supporting rod is hinged to the four connecting plates respectively. Paired lifting lugs are arranged at the upper end of each connecting plate or the internal corner formwork. Safety bolts are arranged at the lower ends of the connecting plates.
