The invention discloses a pouring method for an exposed pile body adjacent to an existing highway, the exposed pile body is used for forming an anti-slide pile, the anti-slide pile comprises a locking opening, an existing side slope is arranged on one side of the existing highway, and a construction area of the anti-slide pile is arranged on the existing side slope; the method comprises the steps that a to-be-excavated position is formed; according to the elevation of the locking opening, pile holes of the exposed pile body are formed in the position to be excavated in a spaced mode; the exposed pile body is installed in the pile hole to form a reinforcement cage; a formwork of the exposed pile body is built on the periphery of the steel bars; and concrete is poured into the formwork, and the exposed pile body is formed. By means of the interval excavation method, the stability of the existing side slope is guaranteed, the existing side slope is prevented from collapsing in the construction process of the anti-slide piles, the lock openings of the anti-slide piles are used for forming exposed pile bodies of the anti-slide piles on the existing side slope, the construction time is saved, the construction efficiency is improved, and the influence of construction on adjacent roads is reduced.
