The invention relates to a winding preparation process of a SiC ceramic matrix modified C/C composite material thermal insulation cylinder, which comprises the following steps: (1) taking resin and putting the resin in an organic solvent to prepare an infiltration material, and gradually infiltrating continuous carbon fibers in the infiltration material to obtain resin-infiltrated carbon fibers; (2) the obtained carbon fibers infiltrated with the resin are wound on the surface of a core mold layer by layer under the action of tension, SiBCN powder is doped into an infiltrating material infiltrated with the carbon fibers, winding continues, and a resin-based heat preservation cylinder is obtained; (3) curing and shaping the resin-based thermal insulation cylinder, and then carrying out carbonization treatment to obtain a carbon/carbon composite material thermal insulation cylinder containing a SiBCN interface phase; and (4) placing the obtained carbon/carbon composite material thermal insulation cylinder and silicon powder in the same reaction container, and carrying out heating siliconizing treatment in a vacuum environment to obtain a target product. Compared with the prior art, the problems of low production efficiency, silicon steam corrosion and the like of the C/C composite material insulation cylinder can be solved.
本发明涉及一种SiC陶瓷基体改性C/C复合材料保温筒的缠绕制备工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)取树脂置于有机溶剂中,配成浸润料,再将连续的碳纤维逐渐浸润于所述浸润料中,得到浸润树脂的碳纤维;(2)将所得浸润树脂的碳纤维在张力作用下逐层缠绕于芯模表面,在碳纤维所浸润的浸润料中掺入SiBCN粉体,继续缠绕,得到树脂基保温筒;(3)将树脂基保温筒固化定型,再进行碳化处理,得到含有SiBCN界面相的碳/碳复合材料保温筒;(4)将所得碳/碳复合材料保温筒与硅粉置于同一反应容器中,在真空环境下进行加热渗硅处理,得到目标产物。与现有技术相比,本发明可解决C/C复合材料保温筒生产效率低、硅蒸汽腐蚀等问题。
