The invention relates to a swivel system using a gear to drive a swivel bridge to rotate and a construction method. The swivel system comprises an upper bearing platform, a lower bearing platform, an upper spherical hinge, a lower spherical hinge and a gear power device, and the gear power device drives a swivel structure to rotate. The construction method comprises the following steps: pouring lower bearing platform concrete and mounting a slideway; mounting a lower spherical hinge; an upper spherical hinge is installed; supporting feet are installed; pouring an upper bearing platform concrete pier or a bridge tower for construction; constructing a bridge pier or a bridge tower and a main beam; a gear power device is arranged in main beam construction; arranging a gear power device to start a gear transmission device; starting the gear transmission device to accelerate the rotation of the rotating body structure; the acceleration rotating body structure is a deceleration rotating body structure; the gear power device is detached by the decelerating rotating body structure; disassembling the gear power device; and sealing and building the bearing platform. According to the invention, by designing a structural construction for driving the swivel bridge pier to rotate by using the gears, the defects of a traditional swivel bridge traction mode are overcome, and the application and popularization of a swivel construction method are facilitated.
本发明涉及一种使用齿轮驱动转体桥梁转动的转体系统及施工方法,包括上承台、下承台、上球铰、下球铰、齿轮动力装置,齿轮动力装置带动转体结构转动。施工步骤包括:浇筑下承台混凝土及安装滑道;安装下球铰;安装上球铰;安装撑脚;浇筑上承台混凝土桥墩或桥塔施工;桥墩或桥塔施工主梁施工;主梁施工布置齿轮动力装置;布置齿轮动力装置启动齿轮传动装置;启动齿轮传动装置加速转动转体结构;加速转动转体结构减速转动转体结构;减速转动转体结构拆卸齿轮动力装置;拆卸齿轮动力装置;封筑承台。本发明通过设计一种使用齿轮带动转体桥墩转动的结构构造,克服传统转体桥梁牵引方式的弊端,有助于促进转体施工方法的应用与推广。
