Pre-embedded drainage structure of tailings pond
The pre-buried seepage drainage structure is provided with a plurality of seepage drainage main pipes which are obliquely buried in all levels of stacking sub-dams of the tailing pond and soft water filtering pipes which are vertically communicated with the liquid inlet ends of the seepage drainage main pipes; the seepage drainage main pipe comprises a seepage eduction pipe embedded in the accumulation sub-dam, a seepage collecting device communicated with the liquid inlet end of the eduction pipe and a seepage collecting floral tube communicated with the liquid inlet end of the seepage collecting device, and the liquid inlet end of the seepage collecting floral tube is vertically communicated with the soft water filter pipe; the liquid outlet end of the water seepage eduction pipe extends to a riding track drainage ditch; the seepage collecting device is arranged in the minimum dry beach range of the tailings pond; and the seepage collecting floral tube extends from 2-3m in front of the minimum dry beach line of the tailing pond to 5-10m in the dry beach burying range. The drainage efficiency and the drainage strength of the seepage water in the fill dam are greatly improved in a seepage drainage structure arrangement mode with a simpler process, so that the problem of accumulation of the seepage water in the dam is effectively solved in an efficient, comprehensive and low-cost mode, and safe and stable operation of a tailing pond is ensured.
本发明公开一种尾矿库预埋排渗结构,设置有倾斜埋设在尾矿库各级堆积子坝内的若干排渗主管和垂直连通若干排渗主管进液端的软式滤水管;排渗主管包括埋设在堆积子坝内的渗水导出管、连通导出管进液端的集渗装置和连通该装置进液端的集渗花管,集渗花管的进液端垂直连通软式滤水管;渗水导出管的出液端延伸至马道排水沟;集渗装置设置在尾矿库的最小干滩范围内;集渗花管从距离尾矿库最小干滩线前2~3m一直延伸至进入掩埋干滩范围5‑10m。本发明实现了以一种工序更为简单的排渗结构设置方式,极大地提高堆积坝内渗水的排出效率和排出力度,从而以一种高效、全面、低成本的方式有效解决坝内渗水的积累问题,确保了尾矿库的安全稳定运行。
