The method comprises a data acquisition step, a graph convolutional neural network training step, an expected reference water level distribution diagram obtaining step and a foundation pit dewatering processing system adjusting step according to the expected reference water level distribution diagram. According to the method, the graph convolutional neural network is re-fitted through the reference information constraint function, the value of the parameter to be fitted and the reference water level distribution graph are obtained, the current rainfall and recharge operation and the actual water level are guided to be in a constrained state, the working efficiency is guaranteed, and the safety of a building is guaranteed.
