A trencher main body comprises an axial flow pump, a sand suction pump, a sand discharge pipe, a gas lift pipe, a high-pressure water nozzle, a sonar probe, a posture monitor, a pipe protector, a skid, a cross beam, a vertical beam and the like. The invention further provides a deep excavation method based on the seabed sandy stratum, the device is utilized, the construction technology of purging, sand discharging and gas lifting is adopted, the construction problems of serious back silting, slope instability, difficult forming and the like of the seabed sandy stratum can be solved through conventional operation of the trencher, trench expanding operation and deep excavation operation, and the deep excavation effect of the seabed pipe trench is achieved.
本发明提供了一种基于海底砂质地层的高压水射流装置及深开挖方法,其中挖沟机主体包括轴流泵、吸砂泵、排砂管、气举管、高压水喷嘴、声呐探头、姿态监测仪以及护管器、滑撬、横梁、竖梁等结构。本发明还提供了一种基于海底砂质地层的深开挖方法,利用所述装置,采用“吹扫+排砂+气举”施工工艺,通过挖沟机常规作业、拓沟作业、深开挖作业,可解决海底砂质地层回淤严重、边坡不稳、难以成型等施工难题,实现海底管沟深开挖效果。
