Ultrathin wearing layer based on basalt fine aggregate and high-toughness asphalt and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of road engineering materials, in particular to an ultra-thin wearing layer based on basalt fine aggregate and high-toughness asphalt and a preparation method of the ultra-thin wearing layer. The ultra-thin wearing layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of mineral aggregate, 5.5 to 6.5 parts of high-toughness asphalt and 0.3 to 0.6 part of cellulose; the high-toughness asphalt comprises the following raw materials: matrix asphalt, SBS, rubber powder, natural asphalt and a solubilizer, the cellulose comprises sepiolite fiber, polypropylene fiber and basalt fiber. The mineral aggregate adopted by the invention contains the basalt fine aggregate, so that the utilization rate of basalt resources can be increased, and the production cost is effectively reduced; the mixture of the sepiolite fiber, the polypropylene fiber and the basalt fiber is used as the stabilizer, and the natural asphalt is used for modifying the matrix asphalt, so that the composite asphalt has high toughness, and the prepared ultra-thin wearing layer is small in thickness and has excellent durability, stability and skid resistance.
