The invention relates to a preparation method of fluid-state solidified soil, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a soil material, pretreating, adding 100-120 parts of soil material, 8-10 parts of water, 10-12 parts of curing agent and 1-2 parts of expanding agent, putting into stirring equipment, uniformly stirring, and preparing the fluid-state solidified soil, the invention further relates to a foundation pit backfilling method. The method comprises the steps of groove bottom cleaning; marking the backfilling height; manufacturing a plurality of baffles; a plurality of unit groove sections are divided, and a baffle is inserted between every two adjacent unit groove sections; and each unit groove section is provided with a pumping pipe, and the flow-state solidified soil is input at the same time. The flow-state solidified soil has the advantages of being certain in strength and stability, low in permeability and capable of keeping long-term stability, in the backfilling process, through pipeline conveying or pumping, the problem that machines and workers cannot go down to narrow grooves for tamping is solved, vibrating and pouring are not needed on site, manpower and machine use is greatly saved, and the construction efficiency is improved. And hidden dangers in the construction period are eliminated.
本发明涉及一种流态固化土制备方法,获取土料后预处理,再加入水、固化剂和膨胀剂,其中配比为土料100~120份、水8~10份、固化剂10~12份和膨胀剂1~2份,放入搅拌设备内搅拌均匀,并制得流态固化土;本发明还涉及一种基坑回填方法,槽底清理;标出回填高度;制作若干挡板;划分若干单元槽段,在相邻两个单元槽段之间插入挡板;每个单元槽段配置泵送管,并同时输入流态固化土。本发明的流态固化土具有一定强度、稳定性、低渗透性和保持长期稳定的特点,在回填过程中,通过管道输送或泵送,解决了机械跟人工无法下到狭窄沟槽进行夯实地问题,现场无需振捣浇筑,大量地节约了人力、机械使用,排除了施工期间的危险隐患。
