The premixed solidified soil is prepared from the following raw material components: 80-90% of power transmission tower footing foundation pit excavation soil, 10-20% of a solid waste-based inorganic cementing material, 1-5% of an organic gel toughening agent, 0.5-1% of a dispersing agent and 5-10% of mixing water, the sum of the weight percentages of all the raw material components is 100%. The component of the solid waste-based inorganic cementing material is a mixture of slag and carbide slag; the mass ratio of the slag to the carbide slag is 1/3-1/5; the specific surface area of the solid waste-based inorganic cementing material is 300-500m < 2 >/kg; the organic gel toughening agent is one or a mixture of more of sodium alginate, polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol; the dispersing agent is one or a mixture of more of sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium polyacrylate. The invention further discloses a corresponding preparation method, the shear strength of the premixed solidified soil is remarkably enhanced, the mechanical property and corrosion resistance of the soil body are improved, the stability of the soil body around the power transmission tower footing in the arid region is improved, the landslide risk is reduced, and then the stability of the tower footing under the action of heavy rainfall and dynamic load is improved.
