The invention relates to the field of railway track structures of track traffic, in particular to a novel vibration reduction track plate capable of being rapidly replaced. The device mainly comprises a steel rail and a fastener system, and further comprises a track plate, a plate type rubber supporting layer, a reinforced concrete base and a vertical connecting device. Wherein the track plate is a concrete prefabricated part, a cylindrical structure limiting boss arranged at the bottom of the track plate is connected into a limiting boss hole in the plate type rubber supporting layer in a penetrating mode, the front end of the track plate is embedded into the reinforced concrete base, and longitudinal and transverse displacement of the track plate and the plate type rubber supporting layer is limited; the vertical connecting device is connected with the track plate and the plate type rubber supporting layer in a penetrating mode and embedded into the reinforced concrete base, and the vertical displacement of the whole track plate structure is limited. According to the novel vibration reduction track plate, the track plate and the plate type rubber supporting layer can be replaced in a short time, the influence on running operation is reduced, meanwhile, the whole track structure has good stability, and running safety is facilitated.
本发明涉及轨道交通的铁路轨道结构领域,具体涉及一种可快速更换的新型减振轨道板。主要包括钢轨、扣件系统,还包括轨道板、板式橡胶支撑层、钢筋混凝土底座及垂向连接装置;其中轨道板为混凝土预制构件,通过底部设置的圆柱形结构限位凸台贯通连接于板式橡胶支撑层中的限位凸台孔中,前端部嵌入到钢筋混凝土底座中,限制所述轨道板及板式橡胶支撑层纵向及横向位移;所述垂向连接装置贯穿连接轨道板、板式橡胶支撑层,并嵌入到钢筋混凝土底座上,限制整个轨道板结构的垂向位移。该新型减振轨道板可在短时间内实现轨道板和板式橡胶支撑层进行更换,减小对行车运营的影响,同时整体轨道结构具有良好的稳定性,有利于行车安全。
