The invention discloses a novel bolt-free comb plate bridge expansion system capable of being rapidly replaced and a construction method. The system comprises an embedded anchoring assembly, a toothed plate assembly and a damping plate which are arranged on two adjacent beam bodies from top to bottom. The toothed plate assemblies on the beam bodies on the two sides are symmetrically arranged in a crossed mode and are of a double-tooth seam crossing structure. The pre-embedded anchoring assembly and the toothed plate assembly are fixed by matching a wedge-shaped limiting block with a limiting bolt; the embedded anchoring assembly comprises a wedge-shaped plate, middle profile steel and end profile steel, wherein the middle profile steel and the end profile steel are arranged on one side of the wedge-shaped plate at intervals from near to far. The toothed plate assembly comprises an end plate matched with the wedge-shaped plate and a plurality of seam crossing toothed plates arranged on the end plate.
