The invention discloses a building method of a support for supporting a steel box girder. The building method comprises the following steps that components of the support are prefabricated, wherein all the components of the support are prefabricated and formed through a jig frame; and a post-field building step: marking the mounting sequence of each component, and after each component is prefabricated and formed, assembling each component into the bracket along the horizontal direction according to the marked mounting sequence. And a dismounting step: dismounting the post-field assembled bracket to a bulk structure taking the component as a unit. And a hoisting step: transporting the components to a construction site, hoisting the components from bottom to top according to the marked mounting sequence, and assembling the components into the bracket. The construction efficiency of the support is greatly improved, and potential safety hazards of construction are greatly reduced.
本发明公开了用于承托钢箱梁的支架的搭建方法,包括如下步骤:预制支架的部品步骤:通过胎架将支架的各个部品进行预制成型。场后搭建步骤:对各部品的安装顺序进行标记,在各部品预制成型后,按照标记的安装顺序沿水平方向将各部品拼装成支架。拆卸步骤:将场后拼装后的支架拆卸至以部品为单元的散装结构。吊装步骤:将部品运输至施工场地,按照标记的安装顺序由下至上将各部品吊起和拼装成支架。其不仅大幅地提高支架的搭建效率,而且大幅地减少了施工安全隐患。
