The invention relates to a multi-point synchronous lifting device and method for a thin-wall hollow pier forming mold, and relates to the field of road and bridge pouring construction formworks. The lifting device comprises a lifting assembly, a construction platform and a hanging assembly; the lifting assembly comprises a supporting rod, a center hole jack and a lifting frame, the supporting rod is vertically arranged, one end of the supporting rod is embedded in a pier body of the hollow pier, the center hole jack is coaxially arranged on the supporting rod, and a base of the center hole jack is fixedly connected with the lifting frame; the hanging assembly is used for fixedly connecting the hollow pier formwork with the lifting frame. The lifting device has the advantages of being easy and convenient to install, high in construction efficiency and high in safety; by the adoption of the lifting method, the inner formwork and the outer formwork on the periphery of the hollow pier can be synchronously lifted, formwork closing is directly conducted after lifting is completed, pouring construction can be continued after formwork reinforcing is completed, the formwork does not need to be repeatedly disassembled and fixed, and therefore the pouring construction efficiency of the hollow pier is effectively improved.
