The operation platform requirements of construction such as concrete repairing, embedded part dismounting and formwork mounting and dismounting within the full-height range of an inner cavity are met at any time, the safety coefficient is high, the operation platform is particularly suitable for high pier construction, and erecting of a scaffold and using of an embedded steel plate overturning and lifting operation platform are avoided.
本发明公开一种薄壁空心墩电动升降平台，包括薄壁空心墩、升降轨道、底部平台、顶部平台，所述薄壁空心墩位于整个装置的最底部，薄壁空心墩从上表面开始逐节设置升降轨道，升降轨道根据薄壁空心墩施工高度进行逐节增高，所述底部平台和顶部平台在电机驱动下通过升降轨道进行平台竖向位移，实现薄壁空心墩内腔操作平台的爬升和下降，本发明在使用过程中可实现整个内腔高度范围内平台自由升降，随时满足内腔全高范围内混凝土修补、预埋件拆除、模板安拆等施工的作业平台需求，安全系数高，尤其适合于高桥墩施工，避免了脚手架的搭设和预埋钢板翻升操作平台的使用。
