The invention discloses a device for installing and replacing a rail at the bottom of a steel box girder. The device comprises a rectangular frame, the rectangular frame is fixedly sleeved with two portal frames, each portal frame is provided with a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanisms are used for moving on the rail; the track auxiliary mechanism is matched with the device for use and is used for connecting two adjacent tracks; a plurality of longitudinal and transverse sliding mechanisms are further arranged on the rectangular frame; the portal frame comprises a bottom frame, vertical frames extending upwards are fixed to the two ends of the bottom frame, a main cross beam is fixed between the upper ends of the two vertical frames, and the driving mechanism is arranged on the main cross beam; the driving mechanism comprises two sliding vertical plates which are oppositely arranged, a sliding transverse plate is fixed to the upper sides of the two sliding vertical plates, a bolt and a nut are arranged between the two sliding vertical plates, the middle of the bolt is sleeved with a roller, and the outer wall of the roller abuts against the lower side face of the main cross beam. The device has the advantage that the damaged rail can be replaced quickly and safely.
