The invention discloses a prefabricated main beam component with a secondary beam connecting node and a manufacturing method thereof, the prefabricated main beam component comprises a main beam, a secondary beam connecting section and a connecting piece, the main beam comprises a beam lattice type framework, the secondary beam connecting section comprises a secondary beam section lattice type framework, and the beam lattice type framework and the secondary beam section lattice type framework are connected through the connecting piece; the beam lattice type framework and the secondary beam section lattice type framework are coated with concrete layers; a section of beam lattice type framework which is not coated with a concrete layer is reserved at the end part of the main beam and is used as a main beam splicing end point; and a section of secondary beam section lattice framework which is not coated with a concrete layer is reserved at the end part of the secondary beam connecting section and is used as a secondary beam splicing end point. The framework whole formed by connecting the beam lattice type framework and the secondary beam section lattice type framework is arranged, concrete is poured outside the framework whole, prefabrication of the main beam and secondary beam joints is achieved, and the construction quality can be well guaranteed; the on-site connection avoids the intersection point of the primary and secondary beams, the stress at the joint is small, and the structure can easily bear the construction load.
