Prestress construction method for reaction wall
The invention discloses a prestressed construction method for a reaction wall. The method comprises the following steps: 1) blanking prestressed tendons; 2) mounting a fixing anchor at the lower end; 3) vertically fixing; 4) prefabricating ladder bars; (5) the prestressed tendons are fixed to the foundation slab reinforcing steel bars through ladder tendons; (6) the prestressed tendons are fixed to basement roof steel bars through ladder tendons; (7) repeating the step (6) for multiple times, fixing the prestressed tendons by utilizing the ladder tendons along with the structural top plate steel bars of each layer, and arranging anchor bearing plates on the ladder tendons of the structural top plate steel bars; (8) after the concrete strength of the reaction wall of the top layer of the structure reaches 100%, prestress tensioning is conducted through a working anchor; (9) after tensioning is completed, the working anchor is subjected to single-point anchor sealing; and (10) when it is monitored that the prestress is smaller than a set value, the anchor sealing structures of the corresponding prestressed tendons are broken, and tensioning is carried out again. Construction is easy, secondary tensioning can be implemented, quality can be guaranteed conveniently, the use frequency can be prolonged, and the method is suitable for being used and popularized in vertical prestress engineering.
本发明公开了一种反力墙预应力施工方法,1)预应力筋下料;2)在下端安装固定锚;3)垂直固定;4)预制梯子筋;5)利用梯子筋将预应力筋固定在基础底板钢筋上;6)利用梯子筋将预应力筋固定在地下室顶板钢筋上;7)多次重复步骤6),利用梯子筋随各层结构顶板钢筋固定预应力筋,在结构顶板钢筋的梯子筋上面设置锚垫板;8)待结构顶层反力墙混凝土强度达到100%后,采用工作锚实施预应力张拉;9)张拉完成后,工作锚进行单点封锚;10)当监测到预应力小于设定值后,破除相应预应力筋的封锚结构,实施再次张拉。本发明易于施工,可以实施再次张拉,便于保证质量,能够延长使用频次,适合在竖向预应力工程中推广使用。
