The invention discloses a self-climbing protection platform which comprises a hydraulic climbing platform machine position, a construction layer platform beam, an operation layer platform beam, a hanging frame layer platform beam and a main protection platform. The hydraulic climbing platform machine position is attached to a wall body and is connected through a construction layer platform beam, an operation layer platform beam and a hanging frame layer platform beam; the main protection platform is installed on a construction layer platform beam, and the platform and the platform beam are connected through platform beam U-shaped bolts. Totally sealing of the main protection platform is achieved, operators are always in the protection range of the frame body, objects falling from high altitudes can be effectively prevented, and cross operation is facilitated; a hydraulic automatic climbing system is adopted, automatic climbing of the frame body is achieved, moving is convenient, and manpower and time are saved; and the operating layer platform is I-shaped, so that the weight of the frame body is reduced on the premise of meeting the working requirements, the processing cost is saved, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
