The invention provides a monitoring method and a monitoring device for a pile foundation construction process. The monitoring method comprises the following steps: acquiring monitoring data of a pile foundation construction site in real time through an intelligent measurement camera arranged on the pile foundation construction site; the monitoring data are processed and analyzed, and engineering parameters in the pile foundation construction process of the pile foundation construction site are determined; and the engineering parameters are associated to a pre-constructed BIM model corresponding to the pile foundation construction site, so that the engineering parameters are displayed through the BIM model, and three-dimensional space visual monitoring of the pile foundation construction process and/or the construction result is achieved. Thus, the monitoring data of the pile foundation construction site can be obtained in real time through the intelligent measurement camera, the engineering parameters in the pile foundation construction process can be determined, and the engineering parameters are visually displayed in combination with the BIM model, so that real-time monitoring of the pile foundation construction process and construction results is achieved, and the construction quality of the pile foundation is guaranteed.
