Water-resistant anti-crack gypsum block and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a water-resistant anti-crack gypsum block which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 600 to 750 parts of building gypsum, 150 to 200 parts of ash, 50 to 100 parts of rubber particles, 20 to 40 parts of quick lime, 10 to 20 parts of basalt fiber, 5 to 10 parts of water repellent, 1 to 3 parts of water reducing agent, 0.5 to 2 parts of defoaming agent, 50 to 100 parts of waterborne polyurethane and 500 to 650 parts of water. By adding the ash, the quick lime, the water repellent and the like, the strength and the water resistance of the gypsum are improved; pores are filled with hydrates formed among the raw materials, and the coating effect of waterborne polyurethane is utilized, so that the problem that the appearance is influenced by yellowing, whitening and the like caused by impurity migration is avoided; through the synergistic effect of the rubber particles, the basalt fibers and the waterborne polyurethane, when the gypsum is greatly deformed, brittle fracture cannot be generated, and cracking is prevented; the invention also discloses a preparation method of the water-resistant anti-crack gypsum block.
