The invention discloses a shallow covering layer rock-socketed foundation cofferdam construction method suitable for a hard rock stratum, which comprises the following steps of: a, firstly, measuring and setting out a central line of a steel pipe pile cofferdam, and marking a hole site; b, after hole positions are marked, drilling is conducted to form a continuous groove, and after the continuous groove is formed, an air compressor is adopted to be matched with a mud suction pipe to clean drilling slag within the groove opening range; and c, underwater concrete is poured after the drilling slag is cleaned, then lock catch steel pipe piles are inserted and driven one by one, and the cofferdam is formed after the concrete is solidified. The problem that difficulty exists when an existing steel sheet pile cofferdam or a steel jacket box cofferdam is used for deep water low pile cap construction under the riverbed geological condition of a hard rock stratum is solved.
本发明公开了一种适于坚硬岩层的浅覆盖层嵌岩基础围堰施工方法,包括如下步骤:a、首先对钢管桩围堰中心线测量放样,标记孔位;b、标记好孔位后进行钻孔形成连续槽,形成连续槽后,采用空压机配合吸泥管对槽口范围内钻渣进行清理;c、清理完钻渣后再浇筑水下混凝土,然后逐一进行锁扣钢管桩插打,待混凝土凝固后形成围堰。解决面对坚硬岩层的河床地质条件时,用现有钢板桩围堰或钢套箱围堰进行深水低桩承台施工时存在困难的问题。
