A front-row pile crown beam is arranged at the upper end of the front-row cast-in-situ bored pile and connected with the middle of the rear-row cast-in-situ bored pile through a reinforced concrete plate support, a rear-row pile crown beam is arranged at the upper end of the rear-row cast-in-situ bored pile, and a temporary steel pipe anchor pile is arranged below the pavement structure and located on the front side of the front-row cast-in-situ bored pile.
