The invention discloses a construction process of a double-row pile and jet grouting pile combined supporting and retaining structure, the following supporting and retaining structure is adopted in the process and comprises double-row piles, a reinforced jet grouting pile set, a pile front jet grouting pile set, a top beam and a connecting beam, and the construction process of the supporting and retaining structure comprises the following steps that S1, the double-row piles are positioned; s2, double-row pile hole forming and pile body reinforcement cage construction; s3, double-row pile concrete pouring is conducted; s4, construction of a reinforced jet grouting pile group is carried out; s5, top beam and coupling beam steel bars are bound, and concrete is integrally cast; s6, the foundation pit is excavated to the first-level excavation bottom elevation of the foundation pit in a segmented mode; s7, construction of a pre-pile jet grouting pile group is carried out; and S8, after the front-pile jet grouting pile set reaches the design strength, excavation is conducted till the bottom elevation of the foundation pit is reached. By additionally arranging the reinforced jet grouting pile group and the pile-front jet grouting pile group, the mechanical parameters and strength of soil between piles and before and after the piles of the foundation pit supporting and retaining structure are improved, the purposes of controlling pile top deformation and improving the built-in effect of a passive area in front of the piles are achieved, and the stability of the foundation pit is improved.
