The roof double-layer steel grating structure comprises an upper-layer steel grating, a hanging rod and a lower-layer steel grating, a fixing plate is fixed to the lower end of the hanging rod, and fixing assemblies facilitating rapid fixing of the lower-layer steel grating are arranged on the two sides of the fixing plate correspondingly; the fixing assembly comprises a fixing rod fixed to the side wall of the fixing plate, a positioning pull rod arranged on the fixing rod in a penetrating mode and connected with the fixing rod in a sliding mode, a baffle fixed to one end of the positioning pull rod and a first spring arranged on the positioning pull rod in a sleeving mode, and the two ends of the first spring are fixed to the fixing rod and the baffle correspondingly. Receding slopes are arranged at the ends, close to each other, of the positioning tow bars on the two sides, and the bottom face of the fixing plate, the two positioning tow bars and the two fixing rods are matched to fix the lower-layer steel grating. The mode that multiple sets of bolts are used for fixing in the prior art is changed, and the efficiency of installing the lower-layer steel grating by workers is improved.
