The fabricated reinforced concrete post-cast strip formwork supporting system comprises multiple sets of supporting assemblies, a steel formwork is installed on the tops of the multiple sets of supporting assemblies in a matched mode, and connecting bases are arranged at the two ends of the steel formwork; the rigid formwork comprises a steel plate, multiple sets of cross beams are transversely arranged at the bottom of the steel plate, large longitudinal beams are symmetrically arranged at the two longitudinal ends of the bottom of the steel plate, and multiple sets of small longitudinal beams are arranged between the two large longitudinal beams. Wherein the supporting assembly comprises a supporting vertical rod, the bottom of the supporting vertical rod is connected with a base, the base is fixed to the ground through a mounting bolt, the top of the supporting vertical rod is connected with a jacking bracket, and the jacking bracket is connected to the large longitudinal beam in a clamped mode and fixed through a mounting bolt; after the structure is adopted, the fabricated formwork supporting system can be recycled, construction waste is not generated, and adverse effects on cantilever beam plate structures on the two sides of the post-cast strip are reduced.
