A casting technology of a ceramic particle reinforced high-chromium cast iron based composite lining plate comprises the steps that ceramic particles with the particle size being 8-12 meshes are soaked in an oxalic acid solution for 16-24 hours, and then the ceramic particles are put into a vibration cleaning machine to be cleaned for 1.5-3 hours; putting the cleaned ceramic particles into a drying oven, and heating at 150-200 DEG C for 4-6 hours to remove surface moisture; 300-500-mesh boron carbide powder, alumina powder and an inorganic binder are evenly mixed to obtain a mixture, the adding mass of the boron carbide powder and the adding mass of the alumina powder account for 2%-4% of the mass of the ceramic particles, and the adding mass of the inorganic binder accounts for 3%-6% of the mass of the ceramic particles; uniformly coating the surfaces of S2 ceramic particles with the mixture, and then filling a mold with the mixture, and performing manual compaction and the like.
