The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-chromium cast iron-based ceramic composite grinding roller. The preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking ceramic particles in an acid solution, carrying out vibration cleaning, and drying; coating the surfaces of the ceramic particles with a layer of ceramic powder, and drying in a drying oven; mixing and uniformly stirring the ceramic particles and a binder; mixing the particle mixture with a pore-forming agent, uniformly loading the mixture into a mold, lightly pressing and forming, putting the whole mold into a drying room for drying, and obtaining a ceramic prefabricated part after drying and demolding; sequentially and circumferentially fixing the ceramic prefabricated parts on the surface of a grinding roller casting sand mold by using metal wires, and then closing the mold; and smelting metal raw materials to form high-chromium cast iron molten iron, controlling the percentage composition of each element in the high-chromium cast iron molten iron, placing crushed rare earth alterant small particles at the bottom of a casting ladle, pouring the high-chromium cast iron molten iron into the casting ladle and then pouring into a grinding roller casting mold cavity, and obtaining the high-chromium cast iron based ceramic composite grinding roller. The method has the advantages that the hardness and toughness are improved while dual wear resistance is realized, and the overall service life is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种高铬铸铁基陶瓷复合磨辊的制备方法,包括:将陶瓷颗粒浸入酸性溶液中浸泡,再进行震动清洗后烘干;将陶瓷颗粒表面包覆一层陶瓷粉,放入烘箱中烘干;将陶瓷颗粒与粘结剂混合并搅拌均匀;将颗粒混合物与造孔剂混合,均匀装入模具,轻轻按压成形后将模具整体放入烘房中干燥,干燥脱模后得陶瓷预制件;将陶瓷预制件依次周向用金属丝固定在磨辊铸型砂型表面后合箱;熔炼金属原料形成高铬铸铁铁水,控制其中各元素的百分含量成分,在浇包底部放置碎化的稀土变质剂小颗粒,高铬铸铁铁水冲入浇包,然后再浇入磨辊铸型型腔,得到高铬铸铁基陶瓷复合磨辊。本发明的优点在于实现双重耐磨性能的同时,提高硬度与韧性,提升整体寿命。
