The invention relates to a cement retarder based on synergistic kiln bypass kiln dust washing salt extraction slag modified ardealite, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of ardealite, 2-10 parts of synergistic kiln bypass kiln dust salt extraction slag and 0-7 parts of soluble sodium salt or potassium salt. Compared with the prior art, the phosphogypsum is directly modified by synergistic kiln water washing salt extraction slag, adverse effects of free calcium oxide and chloride ions in kiln dust on cement can be effectively avoided, soluble sodium and sylvite are added in the phosphogypsum modification stage, during cement grinding, sodium and sylvite particles are fully refined, the dissolution rate of the sodium and sylvite particles in contact with water is extremely high, and the cement quality is improved. The alkalinity of a cement mixture can be rapidly improved, hydration of clinker is promoted, and the effects of shortening the setting time and improving the cement strength are achieved.
本发明涉及一种基于协同窑旁路窑灰水洗提盐渣改性磷石膏的水泥缓凝剂,包括以下组分,按重量份数计为:磷石膏100份,协同窑旁路窑灰提盐渣2‑10份,可溶性钠盐或钾盐0‑7份。本发明使用协同窑水洗提盐渣改性相较协同窑灰直接改性磷石膏,可有效避免窑灰中游离氧化钙、氯离子对水泥产生的不利影响,并且,在磷石膏改性阶段加入可溶性钠、钾盐,在水泥粉磨时,钠、钾盐颗粒被充分细化,遇水溶解速率极高,能快速提升水泥拌合物的碱度,促进熟料水化,起到缩短凝结时间和增加水泥强度的作用。
