To provide an efficient water washing treatment method capable of reducing the elution rate of hexavalent selenium in waste water generated by water washing treatment of cement kiln extraction dust and reducing the fluctuation of the elution rate.SOLUTION: A method for water wash treating cement kiln extraction dust, wherein only cement kiln extraction dust having a free lime content of less than 30 mass% is washed with water. The above method includes a step of sorting cement kiln extracted dust having a free lime content of less than 30 mass% and/or a step of extracting air under the condition that the amount of free lime of cement kiln extracted dust is less than 30 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】セメントキルン抽気ダストの水洗処理で発生する排水における六価セレンの溶出率を低減させ、且つ溶出率の変動が少ない効率的な水洗処理方法を提供すること。【解決手段】セメントキルン抽気ダストの水洗処理において、遊離石灰量が３０質量％未満であるセメントキルン抽気ダストのみを水洗処理する、セメントキルン抽気ダストの水洗処理方法。上記方法は、遊離石灰量が３０質量％未満であるセメントキルン抽気ダストを選別する工程、及び／又はセメントキルン抽気ダストの遊離石灰量が３０質量％未満となる条件で抽気する工程を含んでいてもよい。【選択図】なし
