Anti-corrosion admixture for marine concrete and marine concrete
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly discloses a marine concrete anti-corrosion admixture which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5-20% of an anti-seepage component, 1-10% of a nano component, 0.01-0.05% of a defoaming component and the balance of water. The invention also discloses marine concrete containing the anticorrosive admixture. According to the anti-corrosion admixture, on one hand, macromolecular organic matter with a specific molecular formula is utilized and forms a complex with metal ions generated by dissolving cement after being doped into concrete, so that the anti-corrosion effect of the concrete is improved; and on the other hand, the nano component is utilized to play a role in hydration nucleation, so that the compactness of a concrete matrix is improved. Meanwhile, the defoaming component also improves the construction performance of the concrete, and meanwhile, the internal pore structure of the concrete is refined. The corrosion-resistant admixture does not affect the state of fresh concrete and the strength of hardened concrete in the using process, does not have negative effects on shrinkage of marine concrete, does not affect workability of the marine concrete, and is free of peculiar smell, environmentally friendly and convenient to construct.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,尤其公开了一种海工混凝土的防腐外加剂,其包括以质量百分数计的5%~20%的抗渗组分、1%~10%的纳米组分、0.01%~0.05%的消泡组分、以及余量的水。本发明还公开了具有前述防腐外加剂的海工混凝土。本发明的防腐外加剂一方面利用具有特定分子式的大分子有机物,掺入混凝土后与水泥溶解生成的金属离子形成络合物,提高混凝土耐腐蚀效果;另一方面利用纳米组分起到水化成核的作用,提升混凝土基体密实度。同时,消泡组分还改善了其施工性能,同时细化混凝土内部孔隙结构。根据本发明的防腐外加剂在使用过程中不影响新拌混凝土状态及硬化混凝土强度,对海工混凝土在收缩方面不存在负面影响,也不影响其工作性,无异味,环境友好,施工便捷。
