Marine concrete high-corrosion-resistance admixture and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a marine concrete high-corrosion-resistant admixture and a preparation method thereof. The marine concrete high-corrosion-resistant admixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of a sulfate corrosion resistant material and 6-8 parts of a chloride ion corrosion resistant material. The chloride ion erosion resistant material comprises a high-dispersity modified calcium-aluminum-based material; the sulfate erosion resistant material comprises a capsule wall component of an ethyl cellulose membrane inlaid with barium alginate fibers and a capsule core component composed of nano silicon dioxide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a nano silicon dioxide and barium nitrate mixed suspension into an ethyl cellulose modified sodium alginate solution, and reacting to obtain a sulfate erosion resistant material; reacting the zeolite molecular sieve, sodium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide and calcium oxide to obtain a chloride ion erosion resistant material; the sulfate corrosion resistant material and the chloride ion corrosion resistant material are mixed according to the weight ratio of (3-5): (6-8) to prepare the marine concrete high-corrosion-resistant admixture.
