The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum electrolysis, in particular to a prebaking method of an aluminum electrolysis anode, which comprises the following steps: placing a green anode in a customized refractory material masonry, isolating air under the protection of a filler, and roasting the prebaked anode by adopting a horizontal continuous roasting furnace, the raw anodes run at a preset speed through a conveying device to prepare prebaked anodes; wherein the horizontal continuous roasting furnace kiln comprises a heating section and a cooling section, and a heat source for roasting treatment of the prebaked anode is provided by volatile components separated out by the green anode, natural gas and other additional fuels. According to the technical scheme, continuous prebaked anode roasting treatment can be conducted, the temperature in the roasting furnace is accurately controlled, volatile components separated out of products are fully utilized, heat losses such as heat storage and release of a traditional roasting furnace are reduced, the energy consumption of prebaked anode roasting is effectively reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the homogeneity of prebaked anodes is improved.
