The invention belongs to the technical field of carbon/ceramic composite materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a pure mesh tire structure carbon/ceramic composite material brake disc green body, which comprises the following steps: preparing a pure mesh tire three-dimensional integral needled carbon felt; carrying out pyrolytic carbon deposition by adopting a chemical vapor deposition method; putting the deposited three-dimensional integral needled blank with the pure net tire structure into a high-temperature furnace for heat treatment; putting the three-dimensional integral needled green body with the pure mesh tire structure after heat treatment into a crucible containing a certain amount of self-made permeating agent, and putting the three-dimensional integral needled green body and the self-made permeating agent into an infiltration furnace together for modification treatment; and then high-temperature heat treatment is carried out to obtain a carbon/ceramic composite material green body subjected to ceramic post-heat treatment, so that the problem of poor performance consistency and stability of the carbon/ceramic composite material brake disc caused by large difference of reinforcement materials is solved.
