The invention relates to a circulating self-dewatering road surface water suction machine which effectively solves the problems that a road surface is uneven and the water suction efficiency of a water suction assembly is low. According to the technical scheme, the device comprises a front side plate and a rear side plate, a water collecting tank is arranged between the front side plate and the rear side plate, and a conveying belt surrounding the water collecting tank by a circle is arranged between the front side plate and the rear side plate and can rotate; each water absorption unit comprises a water absorption device and two water pushing devices located on the two sides of the water absorption device.
