The invention discloses a construction method for excavating an underwater rock plug pilot tunnel. The construction method comprises the following steps: reinforcing a rock plug body and surrounding rock masses: pre-reinforcing the rock plug body and the surrounding rock masses by adopting cement paste and water glass double-slurry grouting; building a construction plank road and a construction platform; rock plug blasting: arranging blast holes to form a blasting detonating network, and charging for blasting; the rock plug body is subjected to lining protection treatment under deep water after blasting, a steel conical pipe is adopted for lining protection, a trash rack is installed on the steel conical pipe, a floating assisting system is installed below the trash rack, and a fish blocking electric grid is installed on the trash rack. According to the construction method, the self-designed plank road and the profile steel construction platform are adopted, the using amount of scaffolds and the labor input amount are reduced, and the cost and the construction period are saved; by optimizing the blasting network structure and blasting parameters, water hammer waves caused by blasting are small, attenuation in the semi-infinite space water area is fast, harmful influences on fishes cultured in the net cage in the reservoir area are avoided, and the migration cost of net cage farmers is saved.
本发明公开了一种水下岩塞导洞开挖施工方法,包括岩塞体及周边岩体加固:采用水泥浆和水玻璃双浆液灌浆预加固岩塞体及周边岩体;搭建施工栈道及施工平台;岩塞爆破:炮孔布置,形成爆破起爆网络,装药进行爆破;岩塞体衬护:爆破后在深水下对岩塞体进行衬护处理,衬护采用钢椎管,在钢椎管上安装拦污栅,在拦污栅下安装助浮系统,在拦污栅上安装拦鱼电栅。本发明的施工方法采用自行设计的栈道及型钢施工平台,节省了脚手架使用量及人工投入量,节省费用和工期;通过优化爆破网络结构,爆破参数,爆破引起的水击波较小,在半无限空间水域内衰减较快,不会对库区内网箱养殖的鱼造成有害影响,节约网箱养殖户迁移费用。
