The invention discloses a novel water-stopping and seepage-proofing steel sheet pile supporting system which comprises two steel sheet piles and a grouting device storage device. The two steel sheet piles are respectively provided with a sleeving and holding part, the two sleeving and holding parts are sleeved and held together, a bolt space is formed between the two sleeving and holding parts, and each sleeving and holding part is provided with a bolt hole groove; the grouting device storage device is inserted into the plug pin space, the two ends of the grouting device storage device penetrate through the two plug pin hole grooves respectively and extend outwards, and a grouting device is arranged in the grouting device storage device. The sleeving and holding mode of the steel sheet piles is improved, the sleeving and holding strength between the steel sheet piles is enhanced, the service life is prolonged, in the foundation pit excavation process, along with the reduction of the excavation depth, double-liquid grout can be injected to the periphery at the sleeving and holding position through a grouting device, seepage prevention at the joint position is enhanced, when the bottom of the foundation pit is excavated, a spray head can turn, and the construction efficiency is improved. The double-liquid slurry is jetted around the pit bottom, the water stopping effect on the pit bottom is enhanced, the problem of water seepage in the steel sheet pile supporting process is solved to a great extent, and multiple purposes are achieved.
本发明公开一种止水防渗的新型钢板桩支护系统,包括有两钢板桩和一注浆器存放装置;该两钢板桩均具有套握部,两套握部彼此套握在一起,两套握部之间形成有插销空间,每一套握部上均开设有插销孔槽;该注浆器存放装置插置在插销空间中,注浆器存放装置的两端分别穿过两插销孔槽向外伸出,且注浆器存放装置内设置有注浆器。本发明改进了钢板桩的套握形式,加强钢板桩之间的套握强度,提升使用寿命,在开挖基坑的过程中会随着开挖深度的降低,利用注浆器可在套握位置向四周喷注双液浆,加强接缝处的防渗,在挖到基坑底的时候,喷头可以转向,在坑底一周喷注双液浆,加强对坑底的止水效果,极大程度改善钢板桩支护过程中遇到的渗水问题,一举多得。
