The invention discloses a dewatering well plugging structure and a construction method thereof. The dewatering well plugging structure is used for plugging an upper port of a well casing in a dewatering well. The upper end of the well casing is positioned below the top of the dewatering well; comprising backfilled cohesive soil, a pipe body and a cover plate, the upper port of the well casing is filled with the backfill cohesive soil; the lower end of the pipe body sleeves the upper end of the well pipe, and a baffle is arranged on the outer side of the top end of the pipe body in the circumferential direction; a hanging plate is arranged in the pipe body and covers the top of the well pipe. The hanging plate is detachably connected with the upper part of the side wall of the pipe body through a hanging bar; a micro-expansion concrete layer is filled in the pipe body and at the top of the hanger plate; and the cover plate is plugged at the top of the pipe body, and the outer edge of the cover plate covers the baffle, so that the plugging problem of the dewatering well is solved.
