Assembly type frame column in-situ prefabricating and heavy tower hoisting method
According to the fabricated frame column in-situ prefabricating and heavy tower hoisting method, in fabricated frame column construction, an in-situ prefabricating construction method is adopted to replace a traditional construction mode that fabricated frame columns are firstly prefabricated and then hoisted, and according to the construction method, binding of column reinforcement cages and polishing and cleaning of column shaping steel molds are completed in advance; mould closing of the column reinforcement cage and the shaping steel mould is completed on the movable platform, aerial rotation (from horizontal rotation to vertical rotation) is achieved under hoisting of a heavy tower by means of plain round steel bars on the movable platform and U-shaped clamping grooves in the shaping steel mould, then the column reinforcement cage is hoisted to an anchoring position through the heavy tower, and the column reinforcement cage is inserted into a grouted corrugated pipe through manual cooperation. After the shaped steel mold is vertically checked, a steel wire rope is immediately used for tying and fixing; and finally, a heavy tower crane is matched to finish construction according to the sequence of concrete pouring, mold removal and maintenance. 本发明提供一种装配式框架柱原位预制及其重塔吊装方法,在装配式框架柱施工中采用一种“原位”预制的施工方法代替传统装配式框架柱先预制再吊装的施工方式,该施工方法通过提前完成柱钢筋笼绑扎与柱定型钢模的打磨清理,在可移动平台完成柱钢筋笼与定型钢模的合模,并借助可移动平台上的光圆钢筋与定型钢模上的“U”型卡槽在重塔吊装下实现空中转体(由水平转体为垂直),再利用重塔吊装至锚固位置,人工配合插入已灌浆的波纹管内,对定型钢模垂直校核后立即采用钢丝绳进行拉结固定,最后重型塔吊配合按照混凝土浇筑、拆模、养护的顺序完成施工。属于建筑工程主体结构施工领域。
